Illegal Vehicles
Every month we have to tag all vehicles that have expired license plates and inspection stickers. Please make sure that this information is kept up to date. All vehicles that have expirations will be given twenty four hours to correct the sticker or the license plate or the vehicle will be towed.

Grounds
Vehicles that are seen driving through or parking on the grass may experience a fine for repairs to the landscape. Please park your vehicles in the parking areas that are provided. There is plenty of room for all of our residents to park. We are asking all residents to report these violations to the office including the type of vehicle, tag number if applicable and if possible which building the individual came out of.

Sink Drains
Please make sure that you do not pour grease down your sink or disposal drains. This cloggs up the pipes and can cause a backup in your apartment. The best method is to pour leftover grease and oil from cooking into a bottle like container and discard in the trash. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

What is a maintenence emergency?
Maintenance emergencies are outline in your resident handbook. A description of this would include if you were locked out of your apartment after office hours, if you have only one commode in your apartment and it is not working properly, if you have a water leak, flood or fire. In the case of fire please call 911 first to make the report then call the emergency line to make your report.

Fire Prevention
Please make sure that anytime you are leaving your apartment that all appliances are turned off. Also make sure that small things such as hairdryers, curling irons, etc. are unplugged. If you have left the community feel free to call the office we can always send someone over to double check that you did in fact turn off the electrical item.
If you experience a fire, please call 911 and then place a call to the office to notify the person there or on call that you have an emergency situation.

Reduce your electric bill!
It is actually a myth that if you turn off your air conditioning through the day and turn it on when you get home that you will save money on your energy bill. If you are one of millions who do this you are actually spending more money each month. The best way to save money with your air conditioning is to find a set temperature that you are comfortable with and leave the thermostat set on that temperature. If you raise and lower the thermostat you are causing the equipment to work harder and will cost you more money in the end.
